A word from our alumni
"The University of Newcastle was the perfect choice of school for my study abroad experience. It is just 10 minutes from the beach and only an hour and a half from Sydney so the location was ideal. Newcastle itself is a small city but the town has a great downtown with shopping, restaurants and lots of night clubs. The beaches are beautiful and the city has a definate beach culture. I would strongly recommend to live on campus because doing so I got to live with many Australians, participate in campus events and class was only a short walk away. I absolutely loved studying at the University of Newcastle and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to study abroad in Australia."
