Overview

LOCATION

Founded in 1836, Adelaide is the capital of South Australia and is an elegant, well-planned city of wide streets and boulevards, squares, parklands, and a mixture of historic and modern buildings. It is flanked by beaches and the Adelaide Hills and is close to world-famous wine regions.

With a population of 1.3 million, Adelaide is a cosmopolitan city with many festivals and a vibrant café culture. Adelaide enjoys a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and cool winters.

A word from our alumni
“The University of Adelaide had a beautiful campus and there was a bus route that went straight from student housing to campus. The best part of uni was the professors. They were all highly educated in their field but were still very friendly. They were actually curious and often engaged in student discussion sessions.”
