Personalized Service from AustraLearn Staff An online system is convenient and helpful, but nothing can take the place of personal advising from an experienced individual who has studied abroad and is an expert on your program. You need someone who understands what it means to pack up your suitcase and head to the other side of the world for a semester or even a year and who will make the process easy and answer all of your questions. Once you’ve made your program selection and been accepted to a program, your AustraLearn coordinator assists you, your parents and your advisors through all aspects of the orientation and preparation for your program abroad: - Pre-departure webinars: Just before departure, you will take part in an informative webinars held by our staff as a part of your pre-departure orientation.
- Comprehensive Departure Materials: You will receive a detailed pre-departure package, which includes additional orientation materials, some great giveaways, and emergency contact details.
- Airline Ticket Assistance: Whether you sign up for a group airline ticket or need individual assistance, our travel partner will assist you with your flight details and booking needs.
