|  Beginning the application process to an AustraLearn program is quick and easy. You can apply online simply by creating a MyLearn account. Along with the online application, we also require the following additional materials in order for your application to be complete:
You can send in all application items together or piece-by-piece and let us take care of organizing it for you. Once your application is complete, you should hear back about acceptance within 2-3 weeks. As long as you meet the minimum requirements set forth by the university and have a complete and satisfactory application, AustraLearn can accept you on behalf of the university. If your application does not meet the requirements, there may be some additional information that will be required. Acceptance into an AustraLearn program is not guaranteed.

Explaination of Application Materials APPLICATION FORM Complete the application form (front and back) including all required signatures. You can also apply online by creating a MyLearn account. Through your MyLearn account you will be able to view program details, submit an online application, receive status updates, program-specific announcements, and track enrollment checklists. The application will ask you to select your first and second choice for the program you would like to attend. Your program choice can be changed in the initial stages of the process, without additional application fees or penalties. MANDATORY WEB ACCESSIBLE WEB ADDRESS In addition to checking your MyLearn account and using the online tools, you will need to have a web-accessible email account which you will use throughout the enrollment process and during your time abroad. AustraLearn coordinators will communicate to you in many cases via email. STUDY ABROAD ADVISOR SIGNATURE FORM Once your application has been received, you will have an application checklist which will include a link to a study abroad advisor signature form. This must be completed by your study abroad office even if you will have graduated by the time the course commences. If no credit will be transfered to your home university, the study abroad office must make note of this and sign the form. OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT Order one official transcript from your home university showing at least 25-32 credits of completed academic work. This transcript can be included with your application to AustraLearn or your university can mail it directly to our office. If you are a transfer student and have only just completed your first semester at your home university, please send a copy of your previous university or college results. Transcripts must be official.
FACULTY REFERENCE For summer programs, a Faculty Reference Form must be completed online. Once your application has been received, your program details will be accessible through your MyLearn account (on the AustraLearn/AsiaLearn/EuroLearn website). Your online application checklist will include a link which you can send via email to your advisor. Your advisor can then complete your specific reference form online. If you would prefer, a hard copy version of the form is also available from your MyLearn account.
PHOTOGRAPHS
For AustraLearn programs, obtain four 2” x 2” photographs (of your head and shoulders). Black and white or color are both acceptable. These are for identification purposes on several forms and must be sent with your application. Please write your name on the back of each photo. You will need an additional two photos for your passport if you do not already have one.
APPLICATION FEE Write a check for $30 USD payable to GlobaLinks Learning Abroad. Canadian students should obtain a USD bank draft. Application fees can also be paid online through your MyLearn account.
