All official transcripts are sent directly to the International Office of your home university (unless your university does not have one, and in that case, they will be sent directly to the Admissions Office/Registrar). A copy is sent to your permanent address. Keep in mind it can take several months for AustraLearn to receive the transcripts from the university abroad. Your transcript will not be sent to your home university if you have an outstanding balance with either AustraLearn or the university you attended.

AustraLearn invites its returning study abroad students to use this service to re-order one or more copies of their Australian or New Zealand transcript for such things as applications to graduate schools, job assignments, or other opportunities that require official transcripts. In most cases, graduate schools will require an official transcript directly from your study abroad host university, and it is wise to order well in advance if you plan to apply for graduate school.

In some cases, AustraLearn can make the requests for you. In other cases, the university may require the student to order transcripts directly due to student privacy laws.

If AustraLearn is able to make the request for you:
Once we have your request, we will return an email to you with confirmation of your order along with a calculation showing the AUS or NZ cost owed to your university, converted to U.S. dollars at a current rate, plus the foreign draft fee of $10 USD. You will be asked to send that amount to the AustraLearn office for processing.

Payments for transcript re-orders should be sent to AustraLearn, Attn: Billing Department, 12050 N. Pecos Street, Suite 320, Westminster, CO 80234. AustraLearn will not order transcripts based on the initial email, but will order once payment has arrived. Transcripts are sent from Australia or New Zealand to the AustraLearn office and we, in turn, will mail them out under appropriate cover to the addresses you provide. Please provide plenty of time for the process.

The "sent date" refers to the date the transcripts were sent from the AustraLearn office. Please allow at least 2 weeks from the "sent date" listed below for your official transcript to arrive at your home university's International Office before contacting AustraLearn. If it has been more than 2 weeks after the "sent out" date listed below, and your transcript has still not arrived at your home university's International Office, please contact transcriptdeposit@australearn.org. If the "sent date" is blank, your transcript has been requested, but not yet received from the host university. Your transcript will not be sent to your home university if you have an outstanding balance with either AustraLearn or the university you attended.
