24/7 Onsite Student Support and Service We take our role in the health and safety of our students seriously and thus employ a staff of professional Resident Directors overseas to support GlobaLinks Learning Abroad participants during their time abroad. The South Pacific Education Support Centre is the center of operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. Our South Pacific team members work in collaboration with the U.S. office to provide support 24 hours a day throughout every GlobaLinks Learning Abroad program. Academic Support We take the academic success of our participants seriously. GlobaLinks Learning Abroad assists students with all aspects of academic support throughout their program and our Academic Resident Director at SPES will support all participants to succeed academically while abroad. Bridging Cultures Programs All participants will meet several members of the South Pacific team during their Bridging Cultures Program in Australia, New Zealand, or Fiji thus giving participants the chance to get to know our Resident Directors. From the moment GlobaLinks Learning Abroad participants arrive in country, they can be assured that they will have the knowledge and expertise of local staff members who are capable of handling any problem or situation that may arise. All Resident Directors are well versed on the support facilities and staff on campus and within the local community and can respond with professionalism and consideration.
